The 2020 Corralillo Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cassis, blackberry, and graphite layered with notes of cedar and dried herbs. The palate is structured yet polished, showing ripe dark fruit framed by firm tannins and lively acidity. Subtle oak adds spice and warmth without overshadowing the fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes long and savoury with hints of tobacco and cocoa. A refined, expressive Cabernet that marries ripeness and freshness in perfect Chilean balance.
